Application Status​
Each application moves through a simple status flow:
What you can track​

| Company & position | Who you're applying to and for which role |
| Work type | Remote, hybrid, or on-site |
| Pensum | Employment percentage (e.g. 80–100%) |
| Job URL | Link to the original job posting |
| Date posted / submitted | When the job was listed and when you applied |
| Reference number | The job's reference code |
| Notes | Free-text notes for follow-ups, contacts, impressions |
Recipient details​
Each application stores full contact details (name, company, address). This lets CVFox generate personalised cover letters for your applications automatically.
Attach your documents​
Link a cover letter and/or a dossier to each application so you always know exactly what you sent.
